   This course presents two main steps of conducting an efficient investigation starting by defining the research problem, which is undoubtedly a herculean task, and selecting the suitable research approach for the investigation which usually falls into a qualitative, quantitative or a mixed-method approaches. Hence, the learner should isolate and understand effectively the specific factors and variables giving rise to the difficullty and select wisely their approach to conduct their study appropriately.
